Our story began six years ago on a personal health journey: I quit smoking cold turkey, overhauled my diet and exercise routine, tamed my type 2 diabetes, and went from a size 8 to a size 2. Along the way, I rediscovered the power of aromatherapy while training in massage therapy school—and today I’m passionate about bringing that same holistic wellness into your home.
